PAN MITRA is an online platform that helps users apply for PAN card services and manage payments through a prepaid wallet. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between you (the "User") and PAN MITRA (the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or use the service.
1 Acceptance of terms
By registering an account, loading your wallet, or submitting any application through PAN MITRA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information at all times.
- Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms means you accept the revised terms.
2 PAN card services
PAN MITRA provides an assisted facility to apply for PAN card services, including new PAN applications, corrections, and related requests, by forwarding your details to the appropriate authorised channels.
PAN MITRA acts as a facilitator. The final issuance, approval, or rejection of any PAN application rests solely with the competent government authority. We do not guarantee approval and are not responsible for delays caused by the issuing authority.
- You are responsible for the correctness of every detail and document you submit.
- Applications submitted with wrong or mismatched information may be rejected by the authority, and no charges will be refunded for such rejections.
3 Eligibility & account
To use PAN MITRA, you must create a registered user account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- One person or entity may maintain only one active account unless expressly permitted by us.
- You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4 KYC approval is required
Every user must complete and pass KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before the account can be activated for service usage.
Your account features remain restricted until your KYC documents are reviewed and approved by our team. Incomplete, unclear, forged, or mismatched KYC submissions will be rejected.
- You agree to submit genuine, valid, and government-recognised identity and address documents.
- We reserve the right to request additional documents or re-verification at any time.
- Providing false KYC details is treated as fraudulent activity (see Section 7).
5 Wallet & payments
PAN MITRA uses a prepaid wallet system. You load funds into your wallet through our integrated payment gateway, and these funds are used to pay for the services you request.
- Wallet load through the payment gateway is processed instantly on successful payment confirmation from the gateway/bank.
- In rare cases of network or bank delays, credits may take additional time to reflect; successfully deducted amounts that fail to credit will be reconciled to your wallet.
- Wallet balance can be used only for services offered on PAN MITRA and cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash unless expressly stated.
- All transactions are recorded and visible in your account history for transparency.
PAN MITRA does not store your full card, UPI, or banking credentials. Payments are handled securely by the third-party payment gateway under its own terms.
6 Charges & refund policy
Use of certain features, including user registration and service applications, may carry a charge that is clearly shown before you confirm.
User registration charges are non-refundable. Once paid, registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, including account inactivity, KYC rejection, or voluntary account closure.
- Service charges deducted for a submitted application are non-refundable once the application has been forwarded for processing.
- Government or statutory fees, once paid to the authority, cannot be reversed by PAN MITRA.
- Wallet amounts loaded but unused remain in your wallet and are subject to these terms; they are not automatically refunded.
7 Fraudulent activity & account termination
PAN MITRA maintains a strict policy against misuse, fraud, and any unlawful conduct on the platform.
If any fraudulent activity is detected, your account may be terminated immediately and without prior information or notice. Associated wallet balances may be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Fraudulent or prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Submitting fake, forged, stolen, or another person's documents or KYC details.
- Using stolen payment instruments or carrying out unauthorised transactions.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse offers, charges, or limits.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or these terms.
Termination for fraud does not entitle you to any refund of registration charges, service charges, or unused wallet balance linked to the fraudulent conduct.
8 Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials and OTPs private; never share them with anyone.
- Ensure all information and documents you submit are accurate and legally yours.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and genuine applications.
- Maintain sufficient wallet balance before requesting a paid service.
9 Limitation of liability
PAN MITRA provides its services on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for application rejections, delays, or decisions made by the issuing authority.
- We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect details you provide, payment gateway failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service charge paid by you for the specific transaction in question.
10 Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, law, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
